Hmm. I like simple. I will probably sautee the chard in olive oil with garlic and salt until its tender and eat the colorful greens with home fries or biscuits. Quiche or omelette also sound tempting. I haven't tried it yet, but you could make Barbara Kingsolver's "eggs in a nest" from Animal, Vegetable, Miracle.
Any suggestions for cooking rainbow chard? I've been trying to find a good recipe. I love rainbow chard, its so pretty.
